What an incredible experience we had using Move Star! From our first walk-through with Lance, to the follow up visit we received from Robin the incredible carpenter- everything was handled promptly and professionally. The packing team and moving crew treated everything like it was their own. We barely had a scratch or chip on anything! The one item that was damaged, our dining room table, was immediately identified by the crew, repaired, and returned within less than one week. It is not often that you can sing the praises of a moving company, but Move Star does it right!

MoveStar was the BEST moving company I have ever used. I have moved approximately 11 times over the past 40 years while in the Dallas Metroplex. My latest move was from Allen, TX to South Louisiana. First, I moved into storage in Allen. Ricardo, Fernando, Alex and Henry were the moving team. They were courteous and polite and worked efficiently. I've never had movers take such exellent care of my belongs. Next, I moved from storage to Louisiana. The long distance crew was James, Oscar, Donnie and Jeovany. They were quick, polite and exceptional and they handled my belongings with great care. I highly recommend MoveStar.

I want to say that in a tough situation where we had to move out of our house while our damaged wood floors were being repaired Move Star made things so much easier. All the workers were so pleasant and efficient Most important was the estimate that they gave me versus other companies that I contacted. I highly recommend them. Lance was great and took care of all our concerns and being older senior citizens we appreciated everything about this difficult time. You don’t have to look any further than Move Star for the best moving and storage company.

If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them more stars! They provided an excellent moving service from the initial contact by Jack to the moving crew of Joaquin, Jacob, Jesus, Jorge, Juan and Victor. They were incredibly professional, personable and worked very well together. They were efficient and took very good care of my items and were patient if I asked for anything to be moved. Definitely the best moving experience I've ever had. Many thanks to the MoveStar team. Am recommending to my realtor and friends.

I want to start by recognizing the incredible team who handled our most recent move: Ulysses, Victor, Frankie, Moy, and Brandon. They were absolutely fantastic and deserve recognition for the level of service they provided. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, communicative, and incredibly efficient. They arrived on time, worked extremely well together, and made the entire day run seamlessly. I’m very particular about how my belongings are packed and organized, and they were patient and accommodating with every request. We also had items going to both our home and a storage unit, and they handled everything flawlessly. They took great care of our belongings, kept everything organized, and left everything clean when they were finished. I’ve been using MoveStar for nearly 15 years and have trusted them with four or five moves during that time. One thing that has always stood out to me is the consistency of their team. I’ve even had some of the same team members handle moves several years apart, which I think speaks volumes about the company and the people they retain. A huge thank you again to Ulysses, Victor, Frankie, Moy, and Brandon. You’re an amazing team, and I truly appreciate how easy you made this move for us. MoveStar has earned my trust over many years and continues to be the moving company I recommend to friends. This is actually the first review I’ve ever written for a moving company, which should say something about how impressed I was. I highly recommend them and will absolutely continue using them for future moves.

I have known the owner for over 40 years and he is a retired fire captain. They are experienced and trustworthy. They carry insurance and have done moves for major corporations and many high net worth clients. They moved much of our furniture to a charity when we bought new and did an excellent job.

Great people and a great experience in the move. I have used MoveStar for 2 moves. One local in Dallas and one out of state. The team is excellent, from the group that packed up our home to storage to moving into our new home. They also moved a car for us. It was perfect The timing of packing, loading and unloading was exactly as they promised. The personal care and experience of everyone involved was the best. I have used other moving companies prior to moving to Dallas. MoveStar was by far the best and most professional of all companies we have used over our 20 years of moving to different homes. If you value your belongings and want people to treat them with professionalism, then use MoveStar. They are the best!

Very professional, consistent, dependable and I hope I never have to use a different mover. This is the only company that I have ever used to not only pack My entire home, including extraordinarily fragile items, without any concerns or worries. Often they have been to my home to pack items for days at a time when I am not available to be there You can also expect Consistent communication and relevant questions along the way to ensure You're satisfaction and peace of mind. You can't go wrong with these guys! Plus, they came highly recommended to us from an established, and reputable interior designer years ago, and still continue working together whenever possible. Whether it's a 5,000 ft² move, or just picking up a single item on short notice. Jack is my go-to guy when I need to schedule anything. He's irreplaceable. I'm currently having a house built , and using them again in about 8 months. And I'm not packing one single item! Lol they have completely spoiled me.
