What do you like most about working at MoveStar?

Bryant: It is an enjoyable atmosphere to work in while I’m not at the fire station.

Andrew: Getting paid weekly is great and the work is fun. 

Does the extra money help?

Bryant: Yes the extra money does help – it’s good pay for a 2nd job.

Andrew: Yes it definitely does help and there is opportunity to work more hours if desired.

Is working at MoveStar difficult on your schedule?

Bryant: No, MoveStar realizes our first duty as firefighters, because of that the company is flexible with scheduling.

Andrew: No not at all. Jim, the Scheduling Coordinator, is very helpful and understanding about scheduling firefighters on their days off.

Can working for MoveStar be challenging?

Bryant: The only difficult aspect can be not knowing how many hours I’ll be working per week – the more guys we have working will lighten the workload.

Andrew: No not at all. It’s a good workout and I like hanging out with the guys.

What is the most valuable thing you’ve learned from working at MoveStar?

Bryant: Every man makes a difference. If every man chips in, the work is easier.

Andrew: I’ve learned better ways to interact with people. In the fire department we’re always in emergency situations with people. Working at MoveStar helps me develop my people skills.
